- Greek Easter Bread – Tsourike (Greek Easter Bread) is a sweet yeast bread that is a bit brioche-like. You’ll love this dense braided loaf that’s adorned with red-dyed eggs. But it’s so much better to be able to go into the kitchen and recreate these lovely dishes authentically. We’ve had a long, cold and very wet winter, and the sight of the Easter bread, for instance, is cheering and reminds us that summer is around the corner. Great recipes and thank you once again for your efforts. Long may they continue. Για σας!. Peter.

just replace the meat with finely chopped mushrooms – cook and season as you would the meat. If you use portabellas, they are “meaty” and make a perfect substitute. Or you could use a meat substitute, like Beyond Meat or Gardien.
Oooh, sure! One thought is to simply replace the meat with chopped mushrooms, for instance.
