Hello, My doctor put me on this diet because I have a lot of big issues. Diabetes , crohons arthritis , liver roblems so I am wondering if this diet will help all my problems. It is very hard for me but im trying. Is there a diet book out there for dummies like me. I am 70 so I need help. This seems like this will help me. Thank you, Jennifer
