I have so loved learning more about the Mediterranean way of eating through this blog. It even inspired me to change what I plant in my annual garden! Plus, now I have a basil “bush, a huge pot of fresh cilantro, fresh thyme, chives, and mint growing! I’m looking forward to trying more of your recipes, but this time using produce I harvest!

I’ve always cooked healthy, and I love that your way of cooking/eating uses so many familiar ingredients (my genres of specialty include Italian, Mexican/Spanish, Indian, Greek, and -who’d have guessed? Himalayan). But it’s been so cool to learn Egyptian, Lebanese, etc. variants on so many dishes similar to my repertoire. And it’s completely opened my eyes to beans and legumes!
