Carajillo (Spiked Coffee Drink)
Must-try recipe for Carajillo, a Spanish coffee drink made with a little booze. All you need is espresso (or very strong coffee) and liquor like rum or brandy! Ingredients
- 2 ounces espresso
- 1 ounce brandy, rum, or liquor of choice (see notes for options)
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar, optional
Instructions
- In a small heat proof glass, pour in your espresso and then liquor.
- Add sugar if using and stir. Enjoy!
